What will you be working on?
End-to-end Product Design:
Participation in product strategy formation together with the CEO and engineering team.
Conversion Design:
Designing and testing interfaces that increase LTV and conversion rates.
RATEDesign System:
Maintaining and evolving a scalable design system in Figma.
RATEUser Feedback:
Analyzing feedback and iterating UX improvements.

Strong portfolio
Experience with mobile products (iOS / Android).
Figma Expert Level
Deep knowledge of Auto Layout, Variables and Prototyping.
Understanding user psychology
Knowledge of user behavior principles and behavioral economics.
Understanding technical platform limitations
Knowing what is easy for developers to implement and what is not.
Your Soft Skills Stack
Ability to justify design decisions
Every decision is based on a hypothesis, data, and measurable product impact.
Willingness to work with product metrics
We work with conversions, funnels, and flows — not only aesthetics.
High level of autonomy
Ability to independently drive a task from idea to measurable result.
